Islands & Waterfall Islands
Statement islands with seating, cooktop cutouts, or a waterfall edge where the stone runs to the floor.
Islands are where slab choice matters most. A large island often needs a full slab on its own, and a waterfall end needs the veining to wrap around the corner. We plan that layout with you before anything is cut.
What we do
- Single-slab islands where the size allows
- Waterfall ends with matched veining
- Seating overhangs with support planned for the stone
- Cooktop, prep sink and outlet cutouts
- Polished, honed and leathered finishes

Common questions
How big can an island be without a seam?
It depends on the slab. Many slabs are around 120 to 130 inches long. We will tell you whether your island fits in one piece once you pick a stone.
Does a seating overhang need brackets?
Larger overhangs need support. We will tell you what your layout needs when we measure.
